That's right. Once opened, M-smith Industries will be offering memberships to use The Elizabeth Labs.
Information
Memberships will be $5 USD per month, $15 USD per month, or $30 USD per month, depending on the package. This price is non-negotiable, unless you negotiate very well.

The Bezos Package: $5 USD
Members will be entitled to use the lab once a week, during business hours. Members can use all machines and tools. Members cannot use resources and parts from the lab, unless the pay the full price of the cost for the parts used.

The Gates Package: $15 USD
Members will be entitled to use the lab during any business hours. Members can use all machines and tools. Members will have to pay an additional 50% of the price of any resources they use from the labs. Gates Package members are entitled to Water
The Musk Package: $30 USD
Members will be entitled to use the lab during business hours, and have the freedom to use all the resources, tools, and machines present in the open workshop. Members will have to follow a budget of 20$ USD per month for the value of the resources they use. Musk Package members are entitled to use the minifridge.
